I couldn't be happier with my broker Ruby. I found out on Monday that our insurer was dropping collision and comprehensive on our vehicle because of its rating. Brand new vehicle and I had no insurance all of a sudden. Ruby went above and beyond getting us a new insurer immediately as ours was expiring in 2 weeks.
