Had an issue of my insurance shooting up because of some miscommunication but then I got in touch with their managing partner Jay who was very prompt in addressing my issue and the matter got resolved..a little patience was needed from my end and guess it paid of as jay assured me...he also refunded me a NFC fee for which the insurance provider changed me for... keep up the good work
