This review is regarding my experience with getting quotes/new policies for home and auto and subsequent interactions: I had an overall positive experience with AIM insurance. I first had the pleasure of dealing with Carole Reynolds to get quotes. She was responsive, helpful and overall positive and cheerful with an amazing sense of humor. She explained the overall quotes, got me the best price, finalized the paperwork efficiently and answered all of my questions. Once I got my policies, I got my own "Personal Customer Service Representative" Carolina Reyes, who was also very nice, and very responsive in explaining my questions about the final policies. Carolina was also very professional and efficient in updating lender information on the policies as I changed lenders. Overall, I had a great experience with this brokerage, which is not something I have had before when dealing with insurance - and I would highly recommend them for other people. For AIM: my great experience with your company came from the great PEOPLE you have. I hope you can keep these people and treat them (and pay them) well - which is the only way for your company to continue to succeed and what would make me happy to stay with you and recommend you to others.
