Canadian motorsport history was made in Valencia, Spain.
For the first time ever, Team Canada advanced to the 160cc Super Final at the 2025 FIM MotoMini World Championship โ a breakthrough moment for Canadian youth road racing.
With the support of AIM Insurance and the dedication of our athletes, 11-year-old Ethan Reardon secured a 16th place finish (P16) in the Super Final against the worldโs top young riders.

The 2025 FIM MotoMini World Championship featured 58 elite riders, aged 10โ14, representing 23 nations. Simply qualifying for the 23-rider Super Final is a significant accomplishment โ and this marks the first time a Canadian rider has achieved that milestone.
Team Canada entered its third year of participation determined to raise the bar. Both Ethan Reardon and Jager Stockill fought through intense qualifying rounds. Jager narrowly missed a transfer position with a strong mid-pack finish in his final qualifier, while Ethan earned his place in the Super Final through grit and consistent performance.
Starting 22nd on the grid in the Super Final, Ethan delivered an inspiring ride. With focus, determination, and racecraft beyond his years, he fought his way forward to finish 16th in the world.
It was a performance that demonstrated not only individual talent, but the growing strength of Canadaโs development pathway for young racers.
This achievement is bigger than one race.
Programs like Super Sonic Road Race School, the MiniSBK Championship Series, and the FIM MiniGP Canada National Series are building the future of Canadian motorsport. These initiatives create opportunities for young athletes to train, compete, and ultimately represent Canada on the international stage.
Support from partners like AIM Insurance plays a critical role in making this possible. Their belief in grassroots development and youth racing provides the stability and foundation needed for riders to chase their dreams.

Team Canadaโs advancement to the Super Final marks a turning point. It proves that Canadian riders can compete โ and succeed โ against the best in the world.
This is just the beginning.
Together, we continue pursuing the dream of a Canadian MotoGP Champion.
Thank you to everyone who supports the journey.
