We were recently asked by a client to discuss the ramifications of a vaccine mandate for employees.  While we cannot speak to anything outside of their physical insurance policy, we thought it would be prudent to remind all customers that a standard liability policy does not protect your company from suits being brought forth from allegations and lawsuits by employees who claim their legal rights have been violated.
